Monkey Cane Knob
Late 19th century cane or riding crop handle in bronze with a golden patina. A smiling and attentive monkey is depicted sitting on a tree in a leaning position; he is wearing boots and is holding an object to be identified. The very detailed and expressive sculpture rests on a fluted handle. A lovely original piece. H: 12.5cm W: 3cm Good condition.
