The Stations of the Cross or the Way of the Cross, also known as the Way of Sorrows or the Via Crucis, are a series of images depicting Jesus Christ on the day of his crucifixion and accompanying prayers
These large wall sculptures are perfect for any building that wants to showcase its religious heritage. The 10 Bas reliefs would originally have been a set of 14, with numbers 5,8,9 and 13 missing. The sculptures were originally from a church in France and some have been damaged over the years (please ask for more photos to show the condition).
The bas reliefs are in their original unrestored condition, depending on the look you desire they could be restored to their previous condition. Some of the reliefs are in general good condition, others have chips, defects and missing pieces. Please contact us for more images.
Whether you're looking to add a touch of history to your home or create a beautiful display in your commercial space, these 19th century church bas reliefs in terracotta are the perfect addition.
