"Curious Sprinkler Created From A Blue Glass Stopper 18th Century Folk Art 18th"
A curious object, this sprinkler created from a blue glass bottle stopper, to which a metal lid with holes has been added. The base, gadrooned and very slightly domed, is therefore not initially intended to be placed on a table and the vertical part has a matte and ground appearance like the cylinder of a stopper which penetrates the neck of a bottle to seal it. 18th century. Deep blue material, similar to molded glass pocket bottles, perhaps related to the production of Orléans. Dimensions: height 3 cm - base 2.5 cm approximately. Good general condition, small crack in the lid.
