"Transition Period Sideboard With Steps"
Rosewood veneer sideboard with amaranth frames. It opens with two large doors framed by a gilt bronze frieze, a drawer with a beaded frame. Rounded uprights inlaid with faux fluting. Arched legs. Verona pink breccia marble top. Fire mark of the Château de Chanteloup. Stamped JL Cosson, Master in 1765. Louis XV-Louis XVI transition period. 18th century.
