A high-quality antique gouache on ivory miniature by the Florentine miniaturist Georgina Pimpinelli, depicting the famous painting Bacchus, Venus and Ariadne (an oil painting executed in Venice in 1576-1577 by the Italian painter Jacopo Tintoretto, exhibited in the Sala dell'Anticollegio of the Doge's Palace in Venice).

Signed in the left corner, it sits in a simple frame.
