Magnificent Breton chestnut bed frame, richly and finely carved with rural country scenes of the time (farmyard scenes, indoor life, outdoor work, animals, etc.). Large size for bedding ranging from 140 to 160 cm wide (originally designed for 150 cm, the 160 cm can be placed on the sleepers). Maximum bedding length 192 cm, a standard mattress-base set fits without any problem). It is in very good condition, beautiful waxed patina, clean, ready to be installed. Its overall dimensions 170 cm wide x 226 cm long. Height of the head 138 to 178 at the pediment foot from 108 to 138 at the pediment.
