"Set Of Four Nesting Tables, Art Nouveau. "
This set of four Art Nouveau nesting tables is made of light and dark mahogany. It is decorated with orchids, carnations, irises, poppies and rests on a base with two runners. The upper table, with 'bec de corbin' edges, is supported by two flared legs with marquetry decorations of foliage, and connected by a crosspiece. The smallest (the lowest), with straight edges, has an 'H' shaped base, on two flared 'X' shaped legs also connected by a crosspiece, like the other two tables. Beautiful work from the School of Nancy, in very good condition.
