Trumeau in wood and lacquered and gilded stucco, early 19th century. On the pediment, head of the god Mercury in a medallion overlooked by two facing fames which crown him. Rich decoration of a frieze of foliage on the frame. Original mercury mirror (hidden by the clipping in the photos) in good condition, slightly iridescent.
