Half-Moon Chest of Drawers Louis 16 Period, in Rosewood Veneer with Marquetry Decoration of Floral Interlacing Friezes, Ribbons and Curls, from the 18th Century. It has a Central and Side Projection. It opens on the front with Two Drawers without Crossbars in the Central Part and Two Side Doors. The Uprights and the 4 Sheathed Feet are tapered with Marquetry Fluting, Rich Ornamentation of Chiseled and Gilded Bronzes, Such as Drawer Handles and Lock Entrances. It is fitted with Bronze Sabots. It is topped with its White Carrara Marble. The Frame is in Resinous (Fir) Parisian Work from the Louis XVI Period. It measures 119 CM in Length, 58 CM in Depth and 87 CM in Height.
