18th Century Dutch Snuffbox, Engraved, Very Lively: Dances And Disputes,

Here is a beautiful long snuffbox from thick brass and red copper, with strong hinge, each plate is engraved of a scene of jubilation: dances in garden, peaceful, toast and flirtation, on the other, same garden, everyone is arguing or fighting.
Under each scene, one text engraved in old Flemish, I regret my ignorance of the Dutch language.
Condition is untouched, not too worn, scenes are more readable to the eye than onmy photos, sorry.
Engravings are only slightly worn. One flaw however: barely visible cut along a panel, see yellow arrow.
A pretty primitive from 18th century, Netherlands...
