Antique Rose Gold Cross From Le Puy-en-velay

Antique cross in excellent condition, antique regional jewel from Auvergne and more precisely from Puy en Velay.
Characteristic of its time, this cross is flat, delicately chiseled and decorated with 3 striated gold pendants in tassels fixed to the 3 ends of the cross.
On one side, a motif representing a virgin supports the child Jesus in applique and on the other a Christ on the cross.
A large gold ring forms the bail. Pendant sold alone without its presentation chain.

Period: 19th century
Main material: pink gold, 750 thousandths, 18 carats, eagle's head hallmark.
Proportions: Height: approximately 6.3 cm, width: approximately 3.5 cm, thickness: approximately 4.5 mm.
Net weight: approximately 6.6 g.
