A very expressive head of Christ.

According to the last owner this sculpture comes from a very old house in Paris that has once been occupied by the Templars. After selling the estate the family asked a specialized expert in Paris about the dating of the head. It was dated as 15th century, which we think is correct.

Condition: In very good condition. The small black dots are inlaid plants. Height: 26 cm. Width: 18 cm. Thickness: 9 cm. Weight approximately 7 kg.
