Small wooden and ceramic box by Mithé Espelt. Mithé Espelt, whose real name was Marie-Théresse, was born in the south of France. These works were exhibited at the Galerie La Roue in Vallauris, where she worked with the great ceramist Emilie Decanis. For almost 40 years, she designed jewelry for the famous brand SOULEIADO, then from 1950 onwards, she stopped signing these works but devoted herself to creating objects for women (jewelry boxes, mirrors, etc.).
