Pair of Louis XIV period silver-plated bronze candlesticks with octagonal gadrooned bases, flared octagonal shafts and sockets also decorated with gadroons. The base features a silver coat of arms with a golden horse passant in front of a green tree, an azure chief with three golden stars. The coat of arms is surmounted by a helmet and decorated on the sides with acanthus leaves. Minor wear to the silver plating
