Henri Charles Antoine BARON (1816-1885) - Interior view. Pretty and charming painting representing an interior view of a richly decorated living room. We can see elegant armchairs, a fireplace decorated with various decorative objects. The walls are decorated with many paintings, the one in the background seems to represent the death of Cleopatra. We also observe several antique sculptures including Mercury after Jean de Bologne on the right. Signed H. Baron at the bottom right. In good general condition, cleaned.
