Small quilt (cut from a large one) in printed cotton canvas from Mulhouse, early 19th century, with an indigo background and decoration of flower garland patterns and madder red and beige cashmere patterns and diamond-shaped stitching in the center and 5 stripes on 2 sides. The lining (not stitched) is in plain orange-red cotton.
Very good condition.
