Coachbuilder's Bouvets à Plats – Pair of Left and Right Hand Planes

A pair of coachbuilder's "Bouvets à Plats" planes, designed for left and right handed work.
Made from wrought iron and walnut wood, these tools feature distinct markings on the steel blade as well as the handle (see photos).

Dimensions:
First piece: 23.2 cm (L) x 4.3 cm (W) x 4.1 cm (D)
Second piece: 22 cm (L) x 4.1 cm (W) x 4 cm (D)

Period: 19th century
Condition: Good condition

  2nd) - 3 Possibilities of personal delivery subject to collection in full or payment of Deposit.
