Early 19th Century Birch Opening Table
Splendid table in light birch wood, finely carved. The table is characterized by an opening top with a lock on the front, inside which there are practical compartments for storing small objects. The grain of the wood, clearly visible on the surface of the top, gives an additional charm to the table. Both the top and the undertop have elegant curves that accentuate its taste. The table is supported by a central turned shaft, which ends with three curly feet, adding a note of refinement to the whole. This table is versatile, in fact it can be used both as a work surface and as an elegant side table. With its refined style, it is able to enhance any environment with taste and sophistication. Central European manufacture from the early 19th century (ca. 1820).
