Kurt Ostervig (Denmark 1912 – 1986), Pair of teak two-top side tables. 20th century.
Can be used as end tables, bedside tables, side tables.
K. Ostervig began his career as a naval architect before changing careers and working for one of the most renowned furniture manufacturers of the 1930s and 1940s, E. Knudsen's in Odense.
In the 1960s, he was one of the first Danish designers to have a temporary exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
