Dimensions Height: approx. 27 cm Width: approx. 17 cm Length: approx. 35 cm Terrace: 17 X 33.5 cm Signature Signed on the motif Material bronze with medal patina resting on an ovoid terrace. Note on the side, in the bush, the almost invisible presence of two support screws, and that on the other side, a little more visible on the bottom of the skirt of the amazon. Composed of several pieces, the bronze is complete, reins included.

The sculptor captured a moment of grace and elegance, carried by the dynamic jump of the horse. The rider is dressed in a refined amazon outfit. Her basque flies in the wind. Her small round hat is boldly stuck on her hair raised in an elegant bun. Riding as an amazon, her legs gracefully folded on one side of her horse in a harmonious pleat of fabric. Her bearing is noble, her posture slightly inclined forward to help the horse in its jump. An expression of calm or concentration can be read on the finely sculpted face of the Amazon. The horse, meanwhile, is captured in a spectacular movement, its muscles tense and hooves thrown forward to cross the hedge with power. The medal-winning patina accentuates the contrasts and details of the bronze, giving the whole a depth and visual richness. The combination of soft lines and energetic shapes conveys a balance between the grace of the rider and the strength of the horse, creating a captivating and timeless work.
