Chinese Imari vase with silver mounts. The vase is decorated with a bird in flight among peonies and other flowering plants. The silver mounts are probably mid-19th century Dutch. Kangxi porcelain circa 1700.
Height: 13.8 cm (5 1/2").
Condition; very good
The mounts are probably made to convert the vase into a tea caddy. The silver lid is not removable
