In its original wooden and gilded stucco frame, superb painting by the famous painter and engraver Etienne Allegrain, one of the best landscape painters of the end of the reign of Louis XIV, born March 19, 1644 and died April 2, 1736. Our painting represents a ceremony in front of a kiosk with many characters. On the back an old label certifying that this painting is indeed by Etienne Allegrain. Some cracks and repaints, old varnish.
