This is the black and white edition A14bis published in 1941; one of the first Casterman editions of this flagship album.
• Covers in very very good condition: first cover fresh and bright with very light foxing; a superb small glued image perfect apart from tiny marginal rubbing in the sky; tiny little shocks on the right edge of the 1st cover; a magnificent 4th cover, very little soiled, very fresh
• Pretty sharp corners
• Impeccable red pellior spine with a solid and deep color, with headdresses close to perfection
• Beautiful white guards with perfect cohesion
• Complete with its 4 color inserts
• Very healthy and very pleasant interior condition without any tears, nevertheless presence of foxing in the album and partial coloring of only pages 8 and 9.
