Italian Mid-Century Geometric Brass-Green Glass Chandelier by Gino Paroldo 1960s
This vintage brass and glass chandelier, designed by Gino Paroldo for Fontana Arte in Italy, is the epitome of mid-century elegance.
It consists of 6 E27 sockets and 36 thick dark green Murano glasses, carefully cut to highlight their beauty.
The brass frame is in excellent condition with minimal signs of age and the six light arms are each decorated with
six pine-green glass elements arranged around the bulb. These are held in place by small brass screws.
The dark green and gold combination is very exciting; the arrangement of the curved glass elements is almost geometric, yet still loose and playful, a true geometric-playful design.
The brass has a very beautiful patina, and there is no damage to the glass.
