Chinese Screen Carved Wood 19th Century
Extraordinary screen composed of elements of a closed bed in carved lacquered wood with three panels. Openwork decorations of carved wooden lotus flowers and applications of copper plates engraved with interlacing. China mid-19th century, Qing dynasty. Beautiful patina. Good general condition. Note some small losses and restorations that do not harm the general appearance. Ideal for a headboard. Central panel measurements: 1.23 x 0.53. Side panel measurements: 1.15 x 0.49
