Elegant oval pillbox in silver-plated metal from the early 20th century. On the lid, there is a representation of a couple in Napoleon III attire, framed by a pretty and fine frieze, as well as a Louis XVI style ribbon. Hallmarks can be found on the lid (hardly readable).
