"Large 19th Century Folding Hunting Knife."
Rare and very large folding hunting knife of the so-called D'Estaing type, of German origin from the 19th century. Handle in the shape of a saber handle with deer antler plates, nickel silver guard with blade locking system. Strong 8 mm thick blade at the start of the ricassot, engraved on both sides, ending with a false counter-edge. The knife is in good condition with small stains on the blade and no missing parts on the handle. Length of the closed knife 27 cm, open 52 cm, blade length 24.5 cm.
