Oil on isorel 73 cm x 60 cm signed lower right Armand Marie Guerin, naive school representing a view of Paris with Notre-Dame. Sold with invoice-certificate. Vincent Manago-Grérin (1913-1983), also known as Armand-Marie Guérin was born in Paris into a family of artists. He is the son of Vincent Manago (1880-1936) and the brother of Dominique Manago. He studied at the École Nationale des Beaux-Arts in Paris where he was a pupil of Jean-Pierre Laurens. He is renowned for his numerous views of Paris painted in his inimitable naive style.
