Artist: Rochard Irénée (1906-1984)
Irénée Rochard studied at the École nationale supérieure des beaux-arts in Paris, where he met François Pompon and Édouard Sandoz. In 1938, he became a member of the Society of French Artists, winning a gold medal at the 1931 Colonial Exhibition. Many of his works were acquired by the Paris City Council and the City of New York. Rochard died in 1984 in Paris.
