Aubin Pasque (Cheratte, 1903 - Ixelles, 1981)
Belgian painter, creator of monotypes, illustrator. Trained at the Academy of Liège. Moved to Brussels in 1921 and took evening classes at the academy. Began with landscapes of the Ardennes, Spain, Dalmatia and still lifes. Moved closer to post-cubism. Quickly evolved towards fantasy with figures, imaginary compositions.
