19th Century Italian Painted And Marble Top Hunting Table
A very decorative 19th-century Italian painted hunting table or centre table with a thick white marble top. The rectangular molded top features a thick white marble inset above a blue, green, and red painted wooden base. It stands on four painted and carved square tapering legs ending in bun feet, connected by a wide, shaped, carved H-form cross stretcher. Provenance: from a Tuscan aristocratic estate. Lovely warm colors and patina.
