Navaja Knife - Gilles Treillaud
Superb Spanish-inspired navaja. Work of the Catalan cutler Gilles TREILLAUD. Steel blade forged in the shape of sage leaves bearing the cutler's mark and decorated on one side with a garland of flowers with brass button inlays. Ornate brass bolster with axis and fixing rivet. Blade locked by spring ending with a release palette and decorated with a large ornate brass button. Blonde horn handle with two rivets on a spring fixing rosette and ending with a ornate brass piece ending with a large fluted button. Knife in new condition. Closed length 22 cm open length 40 cm blade length 18.7 cm
