Louis XV Style Chair With Wide Back, Walnut And Demi Point Tapestry, 19th Century
Very beautiful chair with a wide back in carved walnut in the Louis XV style, from the second half of the 19th century. This elegant seat is very finely carved throughout its woodwork with a finely crafted floral decoration. The covering fabric is a hand-made half-stitch tapestry. The whole is in good house condition, the tapestry has tiny little gaps and wear, the romantic colors have retained their freshness. The trim is old but remains in good condition.
