BACCARAT or royal manufacture of CREUSOT: Exceptional and unusual ewer, with hot-applied handle and base, and its shuttle-shaped basin in shaped, richly cut and engraved colorless crystal, from the Empire period. French work around 1815.
Harmonious and balanced whole that can form either a pitcher and its basin, or an ewer with its stopper and its container.
Conditions: in very good condition (micro scratches from a pinhead on the cap, and friction from use on the back of the basin)
