Large and important tripod jug in solid silver with side grip. The lid is bordered with a frieze of palmettes and its button with a row of small gadroons, the pouring spout is decorated with grooves. The handle is ebony. Hallmarks of Paris, first rooster (1798-1809), Master Goldsmith Jean-baptiste Simon Lefranc: inculpation 1798-1799. Weight 1020 g, height 28.5 cm. In perfect state of conservation.
