This watercolor bearing the number 28 is signed lower right by Henri Verge Sarrat, Belgian painter and engraver, born in 1880 and died in 1966.
Eager for colors and landscapes, he sought new sensations during several stays abroad.
There are 2 fixings on the back to attach it to the wall. 20th century work.
