The 18-karat yellow gold and platinum setting is set with 34 rose-cut diamonds and a central old-cut diamond. The cameo is in ivory. Includes original box from Fuset and Grau Barcelona. Fuset y Grau was one of the two leading figures (with Masriera) of the modernist jewelry movement. His excellence was rewarded at the International Exhibition of Decorative Arts in Paris, where he was invited to exhibit his creations in 1925.
