Pair Of Louis XIV Flintlock Pistols
Pair of flintlock pistols from the beginning of the 18th century.
Finely carved with a symmetrical Louis XIV motif. The barrels are hexagonal and become round towards the middle of the barrel.
They are provided with a hallmark mentioned Pistoia surmounted by a crown.
The hammer nuts, butt end and flint mechanism are nicely chiseled with a human head.
They are in very good condition.
