Rare and beautiful small curtain painting in all-sided marquetry of rosewood and violet in tinted wooden frames, of rectangular section, it opens on the front with a curtain simulating three drawers, and with a side drawer hidden in the decor it rests on four slightly arched legs, white marble top set with a pierced and gilded bronze ingot mold, pretty ornamentation of chiseled and gilded bronzes such as foliage falls, clogs and side grip rings in good general condition, small accidents of time without impact it is stamped JG RAISIN work from the Louis faubourg then rue d Antin in Paris it seems to cease its activity around 1785 Height 75cm length 51.5cm width 35cm
