Part Of Limoges Porcelain Table Service, Maison Bernardaud, “les Oiseaux” Model

Rare part of a table service in Limoges porcelain, Maison Bernardaud, model “Les Oiseaux d’Or”, 30 pieces. Model made by Jacques Bernardaud in the 1960s, to be compared to the “Les Poissons d’Or” model. In white porcelain, gold trim, each piece presents a different bird in natural gold, matte and shiny. The birds are perched on branches. A combination of gray and pale green was chosen for the representation of the plant elements and the castle present at the bottom of the salad bowl and the round dish. 15 dinner plates (diameter: 25 cm). 10 skull plates (diameter: 21 cm). 1 round dish (diameter: 29 cm). 1 covered vegetable bowl, double grip (diameter: 26 cm). 1 salad bowl (diameter: 26.5 cm). 1 oval gravy boat with adherent tray (22.5 cm x 16 cm). 1 dish (23 cm x 12 cm). Good general condition Note: some small gaps in gilding on certain unimportant pieces. A rare model, different birds with their name below the pieces, absolute chic!!!
