Bellarmine or Bartmann jug with a coat of arms.

A salt-glazed and iron-engobed bellarmine with a narrow neck, spherical body, and flat base. A stylized face with a closed mouth and a long round beard is applied to the neck. The body of the jug has a medallion of the coat of arms of the city of Amsterdam with a crown and ornamental decorations.

The jug is in good condition, with the handle reattached and the fractions professionally restored.
