Very large and rare desk in satin, amaranth, mahogany and stained maple marquetry. This desk has a rich ornamentation of gilded bronzes as well as an ingot mold. Two side zippers enlarge the work surface for the files. There are five drawers on the front which have their original keys. Furniture of very careful construction entirely mounted on oak and of a rare quality of marquetry with its curved sides decorated with marquetry of native woods.
