Berlin, Germany, 1908. Signed: "Waegener" and "H.NOACK FRIEDENAU". On the base, inscription: "GEWIDMET VOM ONKEL THEODOR SKAWINSKI" and "5 AUGUST 1908 DER ZÄRTLICHE KATER".

Ernst Waegener (1854 Hannover - 1919 Berlin) - German sculptor, created bronze sculptures in the styles of realism, art nouveau and symbolism.
