Japanese porcelain vase decorated with warriors in polychrome enamels.
Production dating from the beginning of the 20th century by Makuzu Kozan who was one of the greatest ceramists during the Meiji era. Appointed artist of the imperial household in Japan, his greatest productions were between 1880 and the beginning of the 20th century and were massively presented at major international exhibitions.
