Horse Bronze Proof Signed Fratin
Bronze proof with medal patina representing a standing thoroughbred signed on the terrace "FRATIN". Hollow trace of the founder with lost wax mark (illegible founder mark). Christophe FRATIN (1801 - 1864) represents many horses, notably portraits of famous horses, and also wild animals, deer, dogs, pachyderms and birds. He works with different founders such as THIEBAUT, QUESNEL, DAUBREE, BRAUX, SUSSE or RICHARD, ECK and DURAND.
