Beautiful architect or mathematics kit signed by Claude Langlois. It is equipped with a line puller, a Roy stand, half a Roy stand, a protractor, and a plumb line. a dry-point compass, all in a dogfish skin case. Claude Langlois is one of the most famous manufacturers of scientific instruments of the early 18th century. Installed at the Quai de l'Horloge in 1727.
