Solid Mahogany Office Table, Bordeaux, Louis XVI Period
Desk table in solid Cuban mahogany, it opens with one drawer simulating a belted crosspiece and rests on four tapered and fluted legs, the largely overflowing top molded with a corbin beak, the crosspieces decorated with numerous grooves characteristic of Bordeaux furniture from Louis XVI period. Quality work, the sides and bottom of the drawer are also in solid Cuban mahogany. Very good state.
