Gaston Haustrate born in 1878 in Brussels, died in 1949 in Brussels is a Belgian painter of city views, landscapes, port scenes and portraits.
A student at the Brussels Academy, he specialized in the representation of old neighborhoods, dead ends and alleys of Brussels, treated in fluid plays of shadow and light through blue tones.
Member of the Le Sillon group from 1899.
His paintings are in Brussels at the Ixelles Museum, at the Charlier Museum and in Ostend at the Art Museum aan Zee.
