Spectacular Louis XV Tomb Commode
Spectacular Louis XV Tombeau Chest of Drawers all in kingwood veneer inlaid with leaves. It is domed on the front and flared on the sides. It opens with 4 drawers separated by a brass groove and framed by pinched rib uprights. Rich ornamentation of crowned "R" bronzes in the rococo spirit decorated with spanner heads, shells, interlacing and foliage motifs. Attributed to MIGEON. Important marble top lined red veined gray green. Ep.XVIIIth. W.139 W.68 H.93.
