Beautiful suite of three carved walnut chairs. High backrests with openwork pediments of grotesques, shells and cornucopias. Busts of chimeras on reversed consoles, foliage, coats of arms and grooves. Curved seats with rounded corners, carved decoration in hollow rosettes. Bases with busts of chimeras, grostesques and cartouche surrounded by leather. Italy, circa 1880. Seat height 50 cm, backrest 115 cm, width 40 cm, depth 42 cm.
